As a part of Training and Development initiatives, a Group Discussion activity was conducted for the first year MBA students (Batch 2023-2025) of DYPUSM from 11th March 2024 to 15th March 2024. Approximate 80 students participated in this activity.

The group discussion session was organized with the aim to foster collaborative thinking, enhance communication skills, and explore diverse perspectives on different topics.

The group discussion sessions spanned over the course of a week, with each session lasting approximately for 15 minutes. The sessions commenced with a brief introduction where participants introduced themselves. During the main discussion sessions, participants engaged in in-depth conversations regarding various aspects of given topic. Faculty encouraged active participation, ensuring that all voices were heard and diverse perspectives were considered.

Conclusion: The group discussion sessions held from 11th March to 18th March were highly engaging and productive, fostering collaborative learning and dialogue among participants. The sessions provided a valuable platform for sharing insights, generating ideas, and building connections, and laid the groundwork for ongoing discussions on relevant topics.
